Upon conformation please send Higgs to SAU (AAA) and place him in the #1 spot in the rotation
Bring up Foster Broun from CHI and put him in McTeel's spot in the CHI rotation (#5)
Put Dunlap on CHI and make him a Setup man who comes in during the 6th inning or later
Set Grant Myers to Middle Relief/Long Relief
