Sim Schedule 2016 - Dialogue

The number of days that we sim (4) per sim will not change, at least not this year. I guess the caveat here would be if everyone wanted more days, sure, I'd look at it. But, I like the shorter sim and made that a foundation of the league.
Currently M-F does work well for me. Gives us 20 days a week or about the same as a 7 day sim league that sims 3x per week.
However, I'm open to adding a 6th day (probably Saturday) if GM's would prefer a bit of a stepped up schedule. I can go either way here. The one small request, if we did sim more often, would be that occasionally I might want the full weekend off if we were traveling or something. I would attempt to communicate any changes in advance.
Please share your preferences on the frequency per week that you'd like to see us employ for 2016.

I like the 4-day sims. I also like having Saturday and Sunday "off". So my preference is we keep the schedule the way it is, but I'm sure any minor tweaking you do will be acceptable.

My preference is every day sims at 7 days per sim (steve knows this) BUT, the big kicker here is that actually having this league sim less than other leagues I'm in makes it easier for me to stay in touch with what is going on, not enough to win many playoff games though
My single bugbear with the 4 days per sim is that it makes it 'difficult' to identify which games have/haven't been played when going to my calendar, I just have to get used to working backwards (from today), rather than forwards (from Sunday)
All in all keeping things the same are fine with me.

I like my weekends off to do my thing, or catch up on managing my team. I'd be open to M-F simming 7 days if people wanted to go quicker. Not too picky as long as weekends are free still.

M-F 7 day sims would be awesome, but I was fine with the pace of last season as well.

Decision:
It's clear there is some sentiment to sim more days of the week (not longer sims) but not enough to make the change at this point. Given M-F were the expectations of GM's when they joined I see no reason to alter the schedule. However, as we evolve this topic make come up later for discussion.
