Do we allow Cash in trades? If so, any limitations?

It seems reasonable to allow cash to be included in trades.

If so, is it necessary to have limits? And, if yes, how would they be defined?

Seems simple to me.

Allow cash to be traded. You can't trade cash that you don't have on hand.

I don't see any reason to set limits aside from the obvious one that Rob mentioned (you can't trade what you don't have).

It's already accepted that the Commissioner will be monitor all trades and will veto any that seem grossly unfair. I would expect Steve to use that veto power whenever he deems it appropriate in cash-for-player(s) deals just as he would in player-for-player deals.

I think that trades are good and that allowing cash encourages trading, and I agree with Rob and Al: no need for a limit aside from cash on hand.

Cash is permitted in deals.
