2016 Official Changes

1. Ticket Prices (using the USA inflation rate of .0137%) will change from $25.00 to $25.35.
2. One vesting year (the final year of the contract) will be allowed for player contracts using criteria befitting a 130 game season.

Hey Steve,
I suggest you don't do anything to ticket prices as if you increase these, but other things don't increase using an inflation model eg. IAFA cap, scouting and dev baselines, salaries etc. the league will end up with too miuch cash.
If you then implement a salary cap, players will want more money due to more being around and it will be increasingly difficult to field a full 40 man roster within the cap. This won't neccessariyl lead to player demands dropping, but more likely players (expensive vets) not getting signed and then retiring from the league early.
I do preface my above comments by knowing the ticket price inflation is low, but something to be aware of over time. Maintaining a fine balance of cnot too much and not too little cash in the league is important.
