Chicago Architects Ship Campbell to Milwaukee Monday, January 21st, 2030 It likely won't turn either team into an instant contender or provide a huge franchise shakeup, but the Chicago Architects and Milwaukee Eagles finalized a trade today. Chicago will send 22-year-old minor league RF Roger Campbell to the Eagles, while the Architects will receive 29-year-old LHP Mark Deschamps. "We think this is a deal that will help out both teams and we're glad to get it done," Architects general manager Alex Wobbema said. The trade is expected to be officially completed later today with the players joining their new ballclubs by the end of the day. In his career Deschamps has compiled a 18-16 mark in 265 games with 255 strikeouts and 136 walks in 316.2 innings. He has been credited with 12 saves and has a 3.67 ERA. |
