League Suspends Sánchez and Dill for Fisticuffs Sunday, April 14th, 2030 Jesús Sánchez of the Toledo Neptunes and Stone Dill of the Detroit Thunderbirds will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 4 and 8 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Neptunes-Thunderbirds game at Ballpark of Toledo. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Sánchez and Dill will begin serving them soon. So far this year Sánchez is batting .333 with 1 home run. Season-to-date, Dill has rung up no saves in 5 relief appearances. He has 2 strikeouts and 5 walks in 7 innings while registering a 5.14 ERA and a 0-0 won-lost record. |
