USA Pitcher of the Month Goes to Banda Monday, June 1st , 2043 When Scott Banda takes the hill, he's a good bet to nail down the victory for the Traverse City Bears. At least that's the way it was in May. He excelled with a 5-0 mark and 1.15 ERA in 5 starts. In 31.1 innings, he fanned 18 and walked 9. That's why he was honored today as the Pitcher of the Month by the USA. In 10 starts this year Banda has crafted a 7-0 record and a 0.91 ERA. |
