GLBL News: Draft Pool Revealed Sunday, February 16th , 2042 With the Great Lakes Baseball League draft only 200 days away, scouts across the league will have to finalize their priorities and focus hard on who they can realistically get. It's make or break time for these sabermetrical speculators, for they will ultimately be held to task if a "can't miss' player turns out to be a dud. League officials have made copies available for all league clubs in a new section of the Transactions page. Teams now have a chance to scout the draft pool for 200 days before the draft is held. The early favorites to be high picks are the following: 1. Colin Millar, 22 year-old CF out of college. 2. David Blue, 18 year-old CF out of high-school. 3. Doug Jackson, 21 year-old SS out of college. 4. Rick Barnard, 21 year-old RF out of college. 5. Walt Prest, 21 year-old CF out of college. 6. Noah Ashton, 21 year-old SS out of college. 7. Nathan Hall, 17 year-old C out of high-school. 8. Tim Grenier, 18 year-old LF out of high-school. 9. Wilford Ferguson, 21 year-old RHP out of college. 10.
