Valdéz Magnificent in Milwaukee Win Sunday, August 28th, 2033 Jorge Valdéz really had his stuff working at Thunderbirds Ballpark today. The Milwaukee Eagles hurler mystified the Detroit Thunderbirds and shut them out 12-0. Valdéz allowed a total of 3 hits in the ballgame and struck out 7. "The shutout is nice but I'm just happy we won," Valdéz said with a smile after the game. "Coach can be a real bear when we lose." This year Valdéz has a 11-7 record and a 3.04 ERA.
