Neptunes Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Wednesday, August 31st, 2033 It's all about playing for pride now. The playoff hopes of the Toledo Neptunes were officially and mathematically vanquished today. Before this season, the Neptunes last missed the playoffs in 2027. In the 18 years they have been a Great Lakes Baseball League franchise, they have missed the playoffs 9 times. In the last 10 years, they have missed the playoffs 3 times. Toledo last won the GLBL Championship in 2031. |
