Caribou Tate Crosby Will Miss Season
Saturday, May 29th, 2027
The doctors have spoken and Tate Crosby of the Thunder Bay Caribou didn't like what he heard. The 39-year-old starting pitcher is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Crosby sustained his season-ending injury during the Toledo Neptunes game yesterday at Caribou Field. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Thunder Bay medical staff reported Crosby had shoulder inflammation and would be absent from the lineup for at least 6 months.

This season Crosby has a 4-2 record with a 4.29 ERA in 9 starts.
