Schurman Helps Hamilton Cruise to 10-3 Win
The Hamilton Mounties stopped the Toronto Maples, 10-3, at Ontario Ballpark. The Mounties got a big game from Herb Schurman, who was 3 for 4 with a home run, a triple, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 and driving in 4. The win for the Mounties lifted their record to 78-62.

Early in the game, Schurman had a 3-run home run for Hamilton. It was his 4th home run of the season and put the Mounties on top, 3-0.

"Today was a lot of fun," said Schurman.
