Maples Lose to Mounties in Walk Off
Harbour Field was host to some intense drama.

Toronto got a decent performance from pitcher Steffen Brooks, but it wasn't enough to beat the Hamilton Mounties. Hamilton won the Harbour Field contest, 5-4. Brooks threw 5.2 innings of 4-hit ball for the losing team. Hamilton goes to 12-16.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Hamilton left fielder Robert Leroy, facing Hervé Smart, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Mounties the 5-4 win.

"Nice to tuck this win away," said Leroy.
