Vigilantes Drop 3-0 Decision

Thunder Bay and Windsor duked it out and the Caribou came out victorious.
The Thunder Bay Caribou faced a tough opponent in Windsor pitcher Ramón Vázquez, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Caribou Field by a final score of 3-0. Vázquez went 6 innings and allowed 3 runs. Lee tai hoi Liang, credited with the save, is now 4 for 4 in save opportunities.
The Caribou got a big at-bat from shortstop Tim Rea. For the game, Rea was 1-3 with a double and a walk, while adding 2 RBI. In the bottom of the fourth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 6th double of the season gave Thunder Bay a 2-0 lead.
Rea attributed the win to his team's "focus and intensity."
Thunder Bay has now won 4 games in a row.
