Milwaukee Trades Mowry for Duluth's Stretton

There were plenty of hugs and handshakes all around as 26-year-old 1B David Mowry left the Milwaukee Eagles today en route to joining the Duluth Sea Gulls organization. 34-year-old 1B Harry Norman, 23-year-old minor league RF Earl Stretton and 20-year-old minor league SS Danny Brisebois will be traveling to Milwaukee Eagles to complete the swap.


Mowry has played in 582 games with a .294 lifetime batting average. Among his 659 hits are 167 doubles, 7 triples and 95 home runs. He also has scored 285 runs and driven in 336 runs.
