Comets Taylor Suffers 3-Game Suspension Friday, July 8th, 2033 A press release issued by the league stated that Comets catcher Zach Taylor was suspended for "confronting a game official" after yesterday's Kingston-Owen Sound at Waveriders Ballpark. In the statement the league said, "This is totally unacceptable behavior and will be dealt with harshly." Taylor had a run-in with the home plate umpire during the game and was ejected for vehemently objecting to a third strike. Currently Taylor is batting .296 with 37 hits and 3 home runs. He has knocked in 8 runs and scored 14 times. |
