SL2 Top Batter Trophy Won by Bragg Saturday, August 1st , 2048 Austin Bragg said he hopes everyone remembers his performance in July if he ends up struggling this year. His performance certainly was memorable, as the 30-year-old Mackinac Island Cougars first baseman was a step ahead all other Sub League 2 hitters and was named Batter of the Month. On the month, he hit .351 with 6 home runs, 17 RBIs and 16 runs scored. Bragg is hitting .358 this year with 6 home runs and 17 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .430, 7 walks and scored 16 times. |
