Star of the Week Picked in SL2 Monday, June 13th , 2039 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Sub League 2, but last week Keith Whitaker of the Green Bay Golden Eagles reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Whitaker rocked opposing pitching for a .438 average (7-for-16), 2 home runs and 3 RBIs to come away with the award. Presently Whitaker is batting .241 with 11 home runs and 25 RBIs. He has played in 62 games and scored 38 times. |
