Star of the Week Awarded in SL1 Monday, July 24th , 2051 Sub League 1 pitchers tried and tried all week long to stop Andy Adams, but to no avail. His eyes would light up when he came to the plate and he hit everything in sight, batting .556 for the week to win the SL1 Player of the Week Award. The Sault Ste. Marie third baseman cracked 10 hits in 18 at-bats, 3 home runs, drove in 10 runs and scored 9 times. This season, Adams has hit at a .329 clip with 58 RBIs, 17 home runs and 52 runs scored. |
