Amador goes 3-for-3 to Ignite Caribou Offense
Getting a good performance from right fielder Jamal Amador, the Thunder Bay Caribou defeated the Kingston Comets, 7-5. Amador was 3 for 3 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 3 and driving in 2 for the Caribou. With the win, Thunder Bay pushed its record to 76-66.

David Kenney drew 1 walk in 4 trips to the plate for Thunder Bay. The fan favorite had a key at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 5-5 tie with a run-scoring walk off Herkko Laakso. It was his 7th walk of the season.
